To my wonderful clients,

I wanted to let you know that from 1 August 2026, my treatment fees will be changing to:

• 30-minute Remedial Massage: $75
• 60-minute Remedial Massage: $110

My concession discount will remain $10 off, making concession appointments:
• 30 minutes: $65
• 60 minutes: $100

This is my first price adjustment in 18 months and helps me continue providing the same high-quality care while keeping my business sustainable.

Early Stage Ankle Rehab 🦶
A rolled ankle to end the day still showing some swelling, but this is the perfect time to begin gentle, targeted recovery work.

Dry needling is a safe and non-invasive technique that promotes healing, reduces inflammation, and improves range of motion by releasing tight muscles around the joint. Starting early in the healing phase helps optimise recovery and prevent long term stiffness or instability.
