There are no wattles in the rainforest,
not where the canopy closes and the earth stays dark and damp.

Wattles need the light.

They rise where something has opened
- where fire has passed,
where a tree has fallen,
where the ground has been disturbed enough for sunlight to find it.

Gold against the green,
soft explosions along the roadside, appearing after hardship
as though nothing had happened.

Some things only flower because the landscape changed.

There are no wattles in the rainforest.

But step out where the forest breaks, where the sky comes through-and there they are.

Bright yellow.

Growing in the clearing.

🌼🌼🌼Happy National Wattle Day 🌼🌼🌼

And Happy Birthday little Thiliarra daughter girl. 💛
You chose this time of wattle season to be born.

But living in the rainforest back then, we didn’t even know until we stepped out of it. ✨🌴 🌳

Did you know… our wild fermented honey vinegars are alive?

Each bottle is naturally fermented from raw Australian honey and contains the mother of vinegars — a living culture of beneficial bacteria, enzymes and organic acids that develops during traditional fermentation.

Unlike highly processed vinegars, our vinegars are:
✨ Wild fermented in small batches
✨ Unfiltered and unpasteurised
✨ Made with raw Australian honey & pure springwater
✨ Rich in natural occurring enzymes
✨ Infused with native bush botanicals for unique flavour and health benefits
✨ Crafted slowly using traditional fermentation methods

The result is a complex, vibrant vinegar with layers of flavour that simply can’t be rushed.

Enjoy them in salad dressings, marinades, shrubs, cocktails, or as a daily vinegar tonic.

Every bottle tells a story of honey, fermentation, native botanicals, and time.

🍯🌿 Wild fermented & Alive.

My culture has led me to endless discovery.
Every single day, I learn something new.

Through Thiliarra Bush Organics, I’m opening doors to the oldest foods on earth — what my ancestors thrived on.
True medicinal plants.
Non-hybridised.
Ancient.

Culture isn’t something to outgrow.
It’s something to return to, protect, and keep learning from. ✨
