Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Artistic Brows, we value the time of both our clients and our team. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for everyone, the following booking policies apply to all appointments.
Booking Policy
* All appointments booked in-store, by phone, via social media, or online require accurate client contact information.
* All clients booking appointments in-store are required to provide a valid debit or credit card to be securely stored on file.
* Card details are used solely in accordance with this policy and may be used to process applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
* Failure to provide a valid card on file may result in Artistic Brows being unable to secure or accept future bookings.
* By making an appointment with Artistic Brows, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and require changes to your appointment.
* A minimum of **12 hours' notice** is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly altered with less than **12 hours' notice** will incur a fee equal to **50% of the booked service value**.
* Cancellation fees may be charged to the card stored on file.
* Repeated late cancellations may result in future appointments requiring full prepayment.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client:
* Fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying the salon.
* Arrives so late that the service can no longer be completed within the allocated appointment time.
* Fails to contact the salon before the appointment start time to cancel or reschedule.
**Online Bookings**
* Online bookings are secured with a card hold.
* If a client fails to attend their appointment without notice, **100% of the booked service cost will be charged** to the card on file.
**In-Store Bookings**
* All in-store bookings require a valid debit or credit card to be securely stored on file.
* If a client fails to attend their appointment without notice, **100% of the booked service cost will be charged** to the card on file.
* Outstanding no-show fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
Late Arrival Policy
* Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the discretion of the salon.
* If a late arrival prevents the booked service from being completed, cancellation or no-show fees may apply.
* Full service charges may still apply where the appointment time cannot be filled by another client.
Card Storage & Privacy
* Card information is stored securely through our approved booking and payment providers.
* Artistic Brows does not store or have access to full card details.
* Card details are used only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
Policy Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment with Artistic Brows, whether online, in person, by telephone, or through social media, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy, including the storage of a valid payment card and the charging of applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Artistic Brows reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.
