As many of you know, parenting a child with additional needs can come with a weight that isn’t always visible to the people around us.

The appointments.
The advocacy.
The mental load.
The constant adapting, planning and holding.

And while so much focus is rightly placed on supporting our children, there aren’t nearly enough spaces dedicated to supporting the people caring for them.

That’s why I’m so grateful to be partnering with Angela Newton from Innerbloom Psychology for this event.

Angela is incredibly well versed in this space and has a beautiful way of helping parents put language to experiences that can feel difficult to explain. She combines practical strategies and professional knowledge with genuine understanding, creating spaces where people feel informed, supported and seen.

Regulated is a morning for parents of high-needs children.

A space to explore the invisible load of caregiving, learn practical tools to support your wellbeing, connect with others who understand the journey, and spend a little time focusing on the person carrying it all.

Not because you need fixing.

But because the weight of carrying so much deserves to be acknowledged.
