This is Maisie & Me 🤍
This year marks 15 years of owning Express, which feels equal parts impossible and amazing to say out loud.
Over the years this little space and our previous space have been so many things busy, evolving, challenging, exciting… and lately something even better. We’ve opened our doors to incredible independent stylists who rent chairs, build their own businesses and bring their own magic into the space.
What I’ve learnt is that growth doesn’t always look like doing more - sometimes it looks like changing direction. After hitting a point where I knew something had to shift, I decided to stop holding on so tightly to a specific idea and start creating something that felt lighter, more sustainable, more collaborative and honestly… more just chill vibes.

A little reminder that starting over doesn’t mean starting from scratch - sometimes it means taking everything you’ve learnt and building something even better.

International Women’s Day 🩷

Women are incredibly resilient and are capable of far more than we give ourselves credit for.
We carry so much, we adapt, we rebuild and we keep moving forward even when things feel uncertain.

To every woman out there, whatever chapter you may be in! Remember that you are way stronger than you think and you are capable of creating a happy life that feels true to you!

It might not happen overnight and the path might not look the way you had imagined, but step by step you can build something beautiful and achieve everything you set your heart and mind too.

I’ve learned that growth often comes through hitting the hardest moments where sometimes the bravest and strongest thing you can do is simply keep showing up.
