Just a little PSA when booking online appointments 💛

Please make sure you are selecting the service or package at a suitable time that allows for it.

Our booking system allocates specific time slots for each service. While I always do my best and can move fairly quickly to accommodate where possible, I’m not always able to add things on the day if they haven’t been booked in advance.

For example, booking a basic trim in allocates me 30 minutes. Leaving an attached note “hey Nic, I actually wanted a full foil but couldn’t find a spot so I just booked this” unfortunately doesn’t allow enough time to complete the service that you were hoping for … and as much as I’d love to be, I’m not always a magical octopus 🪄🐙✨

I know some of you book things in and I know what it’s meant to be and I change it, totally fine but If you’re unsure what to book, please just message me beforehand - I am always happy to help ✨ I just sometimes can’t create more time in the day!
