Returning home didn’t quite look the way I imagined.

After 30 hours of travel, I arrived home already sick and somehow managed to get even worse, which meant taking some unexpected extra time off. As you can imagine, that added a whole other layer of stress to coming home.

But I’m finally back on the tools and have been welcomed back with nothing but love, understanding, and support from my beautiful clients.

Thank you for your grace while I recovered. Thank you to everyone who has showered me with gifts, kind messages, and so much love. I truly don’t take it for granted. I feel incredibly blessed to have such amazing people in my corner.

I’m home, healthy, and so happy to be back doing what I love.

My beautiful client opened her clinic last year and I’ve been on my skin needling journey.

This year feels less about doing more and more about doing things consistently.

Some gentle goals I’m carrying into the year 🦋
• Pilates + 10,000 steps a day
• 2L of water daily
• More reading
• Less phone time
• Prioritising rest and sleep
• More red light therapy + sauna sessions
• Skin needling
• Travel
• More adventures and camping
• Quality time with friends and family
• Expanding the chicken coop 🐓

The list could go on… but for now, this feels aligned.
