Today we celebrate 10 years in business & 20 years hairdressing for me ✨ I am beyond grateful for everything over the last 10 & 20 years in the industry. What an incredible 10 years we have had. I have shared the most magical days with you all and unfortunately some of the worse. I am so grateful to have the support and love from each and every one of you. Without that we would not be where we are today without it. I have worked along side of some of the best in the industry & even more so to have them work along side with me in the salon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I can’t wait to see where we go from here. I just wish my biggest supporter was still here to celebrate with me today. To my team of girls, thank you 🙏🏽 I am so very grateful for each and every one of you. You have been my backbone & rock & I most certainly wouldn’t not be able to do it without you. Hello 2026 ✨ We would like to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas & A happy & Safe New Year. A very big thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love & support throughout the year. As we head into our 10th year I can’t wait to share some exciting new services & news along the way. The salon will re open for the year on Tuesday the 6th of January. ✨ PRICE INCREASE ✨
We first of all want to thank you for your continued support. Without you we would not be where we are today or have our doors open without your support.

As of tuesday the 1st of july we will be having a change & rise in our pricing structure. This rise is necessary with the rising cost from our suppliers. & also ongoing business costs.

The price increase will help us bring new techniques & services to our salon.

It is with great sadness that we advise of the unexpected passing of our much loved receptionist Dale on the 26th of June. The salon hours will be shortened for Tomorrow, Thursday the 18th of July and Friday the 19th of July. We thank you for your understanding and patience over this difficult time for us all. Hold you loved ones close 💕✨

🎄With Christmas fast approaching and limited appointments available until the start of February. We would kindly appreciate it if you can not make your appointment please call the salon and reschedule. The salon is currently fully booked until the middle of January and if you can not make your appointment we have clients on our waiting list that would love and appreciate the appointment. We understand that it is a busy time of year and things pop that you may need to reschedule your appointment but we would appreciate if you could be kind and courteous to us during this time. We try our utmost best to make it happen but unfortunately sometimes it can not be done.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment would be appreciated.
If the cancellation is less than 24hrs and is an issue that is recurring a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for your next appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Late arrival for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to provide you with our full service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you but we may not be able to do your hair.
A couple of minutes is ok, but 15 minutes is half of your appointment time it’s not really feasible to complete the appointment. For longer appointments we have a little more flexibility, but after 15 to 20 minutes unfortunately we will not be able to complete your service and your appointment will have to be rescheduled and once again if this is an issue that keeps recurring there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required to make your next appointment.

We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other clients to keep to their appointment times.
Our Stylists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.

NO-SHOWS

Once again we understand that sometimes for genuine reasons that you cannot make your appointment but continued NO-SHOWS will require full non refundable pre-payment and can result in refusal of service.
We understand that this is quite a severe approach but unfortunately our time means money.

CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGES

A confirmation text messages is sent out the day prior to your appointment. Please read the text message carefully and correctly and respond with either YES to confirm or NO to cancel. If you have any issues regarding your appointment time or date please call the salon on (02) 63821464
