What started as a small dream has slowly grown into a space where I hope people can come to feel supported, cared for, and connected mind, body and soul. 🌿✨

Two valuable days at the conference learning more about chronic pain, pain science, movement and new research of pain.

One thing that really stayed with me:
Treatment is not just about touch.

Creating safety, building trust, listening, validation, support, and collaboration are all such important parts of helping people reconnect to their bodies and return to normal life.

It’s about moving beyond the symptoms and understanding the whole system driving the pain.

I’m committed to continuing education, staying updated with the latest research, and continuing to raise the level of care I provide for my clients. 🤍
