Your body remembers stress BUT it also remembers care🌈.

Most people carry "the weight" of their stress in their shoulders as a subconscious response to the physical burden of the emotional, mental and even work-related stress they experience in life.

This stress then spirals and radiates in the neck and head, leading to pain and upper body fatigue.

You probably will not like this but I'm goign to say it anyway...

If you keep ignoring that tension, your body will force you to slow down.
