Led by operations manager and head technician, Roxanne 'Roxy' Greenidge, assisted by nail technician, Kimberley 'Kimmie Bear' Smith, RJ's Nail World caters to a increasingly growing number of clients from around the island of Barbados. In September 2012, with much encouragement from clients, RJ's Nail World launched its Facebook Fan Page with several deals and competitions for its fans. The business intends to focus most of its efforts online where it can actively engage with clients and provide a better service with a wider reach. At RJ’s Nail World, “The Perfect 10” is the mantra.
