When skin appears dull, rough or uneven, the solution is not always to add several more products. In some cases, the routine may need a more intentional approach to exfoliation.
The renewed Lactic Acid Toner contains an alpha-hydroxy acid that helps loosen and remove surface buildup. With appropriate and consistent use, it can support smoother, softer and brighter-looking skin.
Lactic acid also has moisture-attracting characteristics, which distinguishes it from simply using a harsh physical scrub. It may be a suitable starting point for clients who want to introduce an exfoliating toner without immediately selecting the strongest acid option.
This product should not be treated like an everyday hydrating toner. Begin slowly, such as one or two evenings per week, and observe how your skin responds.
Do not combine it on the same night with the Glycolic Acid Toner, Mandelic Acid Serum, Salicylic Acid Serum or Turmeric Facial Polish. Using several exfoliants together does not guarantee faster results and may leave the skin feeling irritated or uncomfortable.
Apply after evening cleansing and follow with Face Butta and/or Face Quencher. Daily sunscreen remains essential when exfoliating products are part of your routine.
Visit or to purchase your lactic acid toner or send a message on WhatsApp (1(246)841-4066) to receive personalised guidance on using exfoliants safely and effectively.

Your skin can tell when you’ve been consistent… and when you’ve been freelancing your routine.
Skincare progress is hardly about doing something perfectly once. It is about doing the right things consistently.
That means:
- cleansing regularly
- using your targeted products as directed
- moisturizing
- applying sunscreen every morning
- keeping up with your professional treatments when recommended
Your facial can support what you are doing at home, and your homecare helps support the progress between appointments.
They work TOGETHER.
Think of it this way:
Homecare = what you do consistently
Professional treatments = targeted support
Consistency = the part nobody can skip 😭
You do not need a perfect routine.
You need a routine you can actually stick to.
Consistency is the real skincare flex.

A toner should have a clear purpose in your routine and Tone Up! Hydrating Toner was created to do much more than simply make the skin feel refreshed.
After cleansing, Tone Up! helps provide lightweight hydration, refresh and condition the skin, help rebalance the skin after the cleansing step, and sweep away any remaining traces of cleanser or surface debris before you move on to your serum and moisturizer.
The renewed formula also includes two important NEW additions: Sodium PCA and Centella Extract.
Sodium PCA is a humectant associated with the skin’s natural moisturizing factors. It helps attract and retain moisture at the skin’s surface, making it a valuable addition for lightweight daily hydration.
Centella Extract provides soothing and skin-conditioning support, helping the skin feel calm, comfortable and cared for.
These ingredients work alongside Panthenol and Green Tea Extract, giving Tone Up! a well-rounded blend focused on hydration, comfort, antioxidant support and overall skin conditioning.
And importantly, Tone Up! is suitable for all skin types: dry, oily, combination and normal.
Our Caribbean climate can expose the skin to heat, humidity, perspiration, sun exposure and frequent shifts between outdoor heat and air-conditioned environments. Tone Up! gives the skin a lightweight hydration step that fits comfortably into everyday routines without adding unnecessary heaviness.
It is also important to distinguish Tone Up! from our exfoliating toners.
Tone Up! is your everyday hydrating toner. It is not a lactic or glycolic acid treatment and does not need to be reserved for exfoliation nights.
A simple routine can look like:
☀️ Morning: Cleanse → Tone Up! → Serum → Moisturizer → Sunscreen
🌙 Evening: Cleanse → Tone Up! → Serum or Treatment → Moisturizer
Your skin does not need an exfoliating acid every day. Sometimes it simply needs hydration, comfort and consistency.
Hydrate regularly. Exfoliate strategically.

A good skincare routine does not need ten steps, but it should have structure.
One of the easiest ways to understand your routine is to think about the four jobs your products need to perform: Cleanse, Support, Moisturize and Protect.
The important part is understanding that those jobs may look slightly different in the morning and at night.
1. CLEANSE
In the morning, cleansing removes overnight oil, sweat and buildup and prepares the skin for the products that follow.
At night, cleansing has a bigger job. Sunscreen, makeup, excess oil, perspiration and everyday buildup need to be removed. This is where an Oil-to-Milk Cleanser followed by a Gel Cleanser may be useful when double cleansing is needed.
2. SUPPORT
This is where your toner, serum or targeted treatment comes into the routine.
In the morning, you may focus on hydration, antioxidant support, brightening or barrier support.
In the evening, you may use a hydrating or brightening serum, or a scheduled exfoliating treatment depending on the needs of your skin.
Not every active ingredient needs to be used every day, and several exfoliating products should not automatically be layered together.
3. MOISTURIZE
In both routines, moisturizer helps keep the skin feeling comfortable, helps seal in hydration and supports the moisture barrier.
Your morning application may be lighter, particularly in our warm and humid climate.
At night, you may use your regular moisturizer and, when appropriate for your skin, finish with a small amount of facial oil for additional emollient support.
4. PROTECT
This job belongs to the morning routine.
Every morning, finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen. Your nighttime treatments cannot protect your skin from the UV exposure it receives during the following day.
So, at its simplest:
☀️ MORNING
Cleanse → Toner → Serum → Moisturizer → Sunscreen
🌙 EVENING
Oil Cleanser if needed → Gel Cleanser → Toner or Treatment → Serum → Moisturizer
Your routine can contain additional steps when they serve a clear purpose, but it does not need to become unnecessarily complicated.
Simple does not mean random. Every step should have a job.

The renewed Salicylic Acid Gel Cleanser was designed to do more than simply cleanse oily skin.
Formulated with % Salicylic Acid, it helps remove excess oil, loosen surface buildup and support a clearer, smoother-looking complexion.
However, we did not want the formula to focus on clarifying ingredients alone.
The cleanser also includes Panthenol, Allantoin and Chamomile Extract to provide hydrating, soothing and skin-conditioning support.
This balance is especially important within the Caribbean climate. Heat, humidity, perspiration, sunscreen and excess oil can all contribute to heavier buildup throughout the day. While salicylic acid helps address oil and visible congestion, panthenol, allantoin and chamomile help maintain a more comfortable and conditioned skin feel during cleansing.
The complete formula was also reviewed for:
• cleansing performance
• salicylic acid dispersion
• texture and consistency
• soothing and conditioning support
• stability
• overall skin feel
Because a well-formulated cleanser is not simply about using the strongest active ingredient. It is about creating a balanced product that performs well while still respecting the skin.
Massage a small amount onto damp skin and rinse thoroughly. Use once daily or according to your skin’s needs, then follow with your toner, serum and moisturizer.
During the day, always complete your routine with sunscreen.
Fresh. Clarified. Comfortable.

Your skincare routine does not need to be perfect, complicated or filled with every ingredient currently trending online.
It needs to be consistent.
Using three or four suitable products regularly may support your skin more effectively than owning ten products that are used inconsistently or combined incorrectly.
Consistency means cleansing regularly, using treatment products at the recommended frequency, moisturizing, applying sunscreen every morning and giving your routine enough time before deciding that it is not working.
Constantly changing products can also make it difficult to determine which product is helping, which product is unnecessary and which product may be leaving the skin feeling uncomfortable.
A good routine should make sense for your skin and your lifestyle. It should be manageable enough for you to continue using it.
Simple. Intentional. Consistent.

Applying sunscreen is an essential part of daytime skincare, but removing sunscreen thoroughly at the end of the day is equally important.
The renewed Oil-to-Milk Cleanser was developed as the first step of an effective evening double-cleansing routine.
The oil phase helps dissolve sunscreen, makeup, excess sebum and other oil-soluble buildup. When water is added, the cleanser transforms into a light milk, helping the oils and dissolved debris rinse from the skin more easily.
The formula features Rice Bran Oil and Vitamin E, supported by an emulsifying system that was refined for better spreadability, effective emulsification, easier rinsing and a less oily after-feel.
This is particularly useful within the Caribbean climate. Sunscreen, heat, humidity, perspiration and daily exposure can all contribute to buildup on the skin. Rather than relying on aggressive scrubbing, an oil cleanser begins the cleansing process by dissolving the substances that water-based cleansers may not remove as efficiently on their own.
Apply the product to dry skin and massage gently. Add water, continue massaging as the cleanser becomes milky, rinse thoroughly and follow with your regular gel cleanser.
