For this patient, my goal was not simply to add volume. I wanted to improve the overall harmony of the lips by looking at their shape, proportion, projection and balance from every angle.

From the before images, I could see areas where subtle support would make a meaningful difference, particularly through the upper lip and overall lip contour.
