The ruling on someone who does not give up lying, obscene speech, and watching films and series – especially during Ramadan – is understood in light of the statement of the Prophet ﷺ:

What supplication (Dua) is recited and when is it recited at the time of breaking the fast?

Is it permissible in Islam to celebrate NEW YEAR ?"
