I know this picture probably doesn’t look like much.

Just a business card. 🤍

But, holding this card for the first time made me emotional in a way I wasn’t prepared for.

Because I know everything that came before this.

I started a page once. I built it, worked on it, dreamed about it, and watched it grow. And that page isn’t with me anymore. It was restricted, and I had to leave that chapter behind.

And honestly, that wasn’t the only downfall.

There have been so many moments where things didn’t go the way I imagined. So many disappointments. So many times I had to start over, rethink everything, pick myself up, and somehow find the courage to continue.

There were days when this little business felt like something I was constantly trying to save.

But somehow, I’m still here. 🥹

And now I’m holding a card with Glam Gurlz on it.

My business. 🫶🏻

Something that exists because I kept showing up for it.

There’s something so surreal about seeing my brand printed on a physical card and realizing that this isn’t just a page on a screen anymore.

This is something I built with my own hands, my own decisions, my own time, and my own little dreams.

And seeing my name connected to it...

I honestly don’t know how to explain that feeling.

I have a business card.

I can actually hand someone a card and say,

“This is mine.” 🤍

Maybe it sounds small.

But for the girl who has had to start again, lose things, face setbacks, and still keep going...

This doesn’t feel small at all.

This card carries every restart I had to make.

Every time I doubted myself.

Every time something went wrong.

Every time I thought, maybe I should just stop.

And yet, here I am.

Still here. Still trying. Still building something that is mine. ✨

Alhamdulillah for every door that opened, and even for the ones that closed and forced me to find another way.

Allahumma barik laha. 🤲🏻

May Allah put barakah in what I’m building, protect it from anything harmful, and let this little beginning grow into something beautiful, meaningful, and lasting. 🌷
