Refund Policy:
First of all there is no refund once purchased. Only replacement. Return Policy :
(i) The Manha Boutique Fashion guarantees that all purchased products are genuine and brand new. (ii) In case the purchased dress/item does not meet your expectations, please communicate with Manha Boutique Fashion directly to its (Owner) immediately through a call/inbox message stating the problem with a picture of the defective/missing item or other complain. (iii) You can return/changed the product for replacement within 5 business days. We will not accept any requests after that. (iv) Used products after purchasing will not be eligible for return/change requests. (v) You must return your defective product with catalogue pic in return. Otherwise we will not accept any product for defective reason. (vi) Only factory defects on the items/dresses will be considered for returns. Any damage after the customer carefully screens, purchases, and receives the product will not be acceptable for return or change. (vi) The item to be returned/changed must be sent to our outlet for quality inspection. Once the inspection is over, The Manha Boutique Fashion will replace it with a new one if it meets all our terms and conditions
