Adonia is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and practical knowledge of business operations, marketing, branding, team coordination, HR, and administrative management.

🎓 Educational Qualification:
• BBA or MBA in Marketing

📌 Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Branding and promotional activities
• Marketing planning and ex*****on
• Business collaboration and partnership development
• Team leadership and performance management
• HR and administrative operations
• Management reporting and documentation
• Strategic thinking and decision-making
• Planning, organization, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage daily branch operations effectively

🕒 Experience:
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in a relevant managerial or leadership position will be preferred
