At 4 years of neurotization of upper trunk of brachial plexus palsy(right) with full shoulder abduction and external rotation, elbow flexion. Spinal accessory to supra scapular , oberlin 1&2 and long head triceps to anterior Axillary nerve transfers were done.

2 months post operative state of total elbow replacement due to non-union distal humerus (not reconstructable).

Raw area over dorsal wrist, covered by cross finger flap.

Volar finger tip injury covered by cross finger flap.

3 days old high ulnar nerve injury due to tin cut. Repair and anterior transposition was done.
