খুব শীঘ্রই নতুন কিছু নিয়ে আসছি

ক্যালসিয়াম ও আয়রন একসাথে গ্রহণ করা উচিত নয়।
কারণ, একসাথে গ্রহণ করলে ক্যালসিয়াম ও আয়রন একে অপরের শোষণে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে, ফলে শরীর ঠিকভাবে এই উপাদানগুলো কাজে লাগাতে পারে না। তাই ক্যালসিয়াম গ্রহণের অন্তত ২ ঘণ্টা পর আয়রন গ্রহণ করা উচিত, অথবা আয়রন গ্রহণের ২ ঘণ্টা পর ক্যালসিয়াম গ্রহণ করা উচিত। এতে করে উভয় উপাদানের কার্যকারিতা বজায় থাকবে।

উদাহরণস্বরূপ, যদি একজন রোগী দুপুরে ক্যালসিয়াম ট্যাবলেট গ্রহণ করেন, তবে রাতে আয়রন ট্যাবলেট গ্রহণ করতে পারেন। এতে করে দুটি ওষুধ গ্রহণের মাঝে পর্যাপ্ত সময় ব্যবধান থাকবে এবং উভয়ই সঠিকভাবে কাজ করতে পারে।

If you're sweating a lot, you should drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
