📦 Pending Deliveries — Important Update

We sincerely apologize to everyone who has been waiting for their parcels. We had already dispatched the pending orders, but unfortunately, due to issues with the delivery company, some parcels have been misplaced, some have been returned to us, and a few have unfortunately been lost in transit.

Since this happened from the courier’s end, we will be replacing the affected items and dispatching the parcels again so that you receive your orders without any further inconvenience. You will not have to bear any additional cost because of this.

We will share the new tracking links with all customers whose parcels are being resent as soon as the parcels have been dispatched.

Please allow us another day or two to arrange and dispatch the replacements. Our admin is currently extremely unwell, so we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 🤍

We are currently working with our bottle supplier to improve the quality of our packaging. However, the supplier is disputing that the reported issues are manufacturing defects.

If you have experienced any problems with your bottle (such as leaking, a faulty dropper, a loose cap, cracks, or any other defect), we would greatly appreciate it if you could share your honest experience in the comments.

Your feedback will help us provide documented customer evidence to the supplier and work towards a permanent improvement in bottle quality.

We’ve been facing repeated issues with our courier partners, and it’s becoming unsustainable.

Pathao Courier has been misplacing parcels, and in many cases, shipments remain undelivered for weeks without any proper resolution.

On the other hand, Steadfast is infamous for causing frequent parcel damage, leaving businesses to bear the losses.

We’re looking for a courier service that is reliable, delivers on time, and handles parcels with proper care. We’d really appreciate hearing about your recent experiences and recommendations. Thank you!

Due to the ongoing heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging in many areas, we have decided to temporarily pause all parcel dispatches until the situation is under control.

The safety of our delivery personnel and the condition of your parcels are our top priorities. Dispatching orders under the current circumstances may result in delays, damaged parcels, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, which we would like to avoid.
