For 14 years, women across Mirpur have walked into Clay Beauty N Spa tired and walked out feeling like themselves again. Behind that is a team — and we're now looking for the person to lead it.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages a schedule. It's for a professional who understands that a great salon runs on three things: a calm, well-run floor; a team that feels respected; and clients who leave certain they'll come back.

What you'll own:
✦ Daily salon operations, bookings & floor coordination
✦ The client experience, from first inquiry to follow-up
✦ Leading, training & growing a team that stays
✦ Service standards, hygiene & presentation

What we're looking for:
✦ 3+ years in customer service, salon, spa, hospitality or retail (leadership preferred)
✦ A natural ability to lead people
✦ Beauty/wellness experience is a strong plus
✦ Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, booking tools)
