Anything you don't feel comfortable sharing on your public news feed, this is the place for it. Guidelines aren't strict, as long as you aren't abusive, and use proper trigger warnings. You can post about your tough day, your mental health issues, your family problems, your dog who is sick... anything that you don't feel like you want a whole bunch of people to see, but still feel like you need to share it. Love is the answer to so many problems, and I hope that we can find it together, here. (This is in no way a page for licensed therapy, I just like the name lol)
