Foreign jewelleries are sold, we ensure that there will be no defect in the product sold but once sold the organization will not be liable for any fault developed in the product. Customers have to pay cash on delivery and once ordered the customer cannot reject his/her order. Customers CANNOT withdraw their order on delivery. We often take pre-orders, only if the products are out of stock. Those products might take a month to be imported to Bangladesh and thus there is always a possibility that the production of the specific item may have stopped. So customers have the privilage to withdraw their pre-orders only on items out of stock.
