| TEAM BUILDING

Beginning of April, I had the wonderful opportunity to facilitate a team-building session for SEC Newgate EU on the occasion of World Health Day.

I’m truly grateful to have met such an international and warm team, and to share a glimpse of how yoga — beyond the postures — can support balance and connection. Through philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and movement, we explored simple tools to reconnect with ourselves and each other.

It’s encouraging to see companies taking the mental and physical health of their employees seriously, especially at a time when sick leave and burnout rates remain so high. Of course, there is still a long way to go in rethinking our beliefs and norms around productivity, and what is the worth of living vs working.

But every step in that direction matters. And it starts with moments like these: pausing, experiencing, connecting to oneself and others, and remembering that well-being is not a luxury, but a foundation.

If you’re looking to bring this kind of experience to your team, I offer tailored workshops on themes like stress management or awareness around menopause, as well as regular corporate yoga classes — always adapted to your needs.

Thank you again for the trust!

| INTENTIONS

📸 by

I don’t believe intention-setting belongs only to the first days of January. It’s a practice that can be revisited, reshaped, and reaffirmed again and again.
Still, the turn of the year feels like a threshold, an opening of some sort.

As I step into 2026, these are the intentions I’m carrying with me:

✨ LETTING GO ~ the one that always meets me on my mat. My lifelong sankalpa. A continuous practice of loosening my grip on control, planning, and the illusion of safety they create.
✨ SANTOSHA ~ choosing contentment. Learning to truly appreciate what is already here, as it is.
✨ AHIMSA ~ practicing kindness in all directions — toward others, and just as importantly, toward myself.
✨ SVADHYAYA ~ continuing to study myself. Observing patterns, beliefs, and habits so I can grow and nurture more conscious relationships.

What about you? What intentions are guiding you into 2026?

| ANOTHER CYCLE, ALWAYS GRATEFUL

Namaste dear yogis,

As the year gently comes to a close, I want to take a moment to wish you a Merry Christmas and a peaceful transition into the end of the year ✨

This in-between time always invites reflection, and what comes up most strongly for me is gratitude. Practising with you — at Maison de Quartier Malibran, Yoga Room, in companies, during workshops or on retreats — has been a true gift. Thank you, from the heart, for your presence, your trust, your curiosity and your support, this year and beyond. It’s what gives meaning to everything I share. 🤍

Practising alongside you has also been a living reminder of one of yoga’s deepest teachings: life is cyclical, and so are we. There are moments of expansion and moments of regression, of clarity and uncertainty, of movement and stillness. Yoga offers us a space to meet all of these phases — to observe without judgement, to soften our resistance, and to listen more closely to what is here.

Through yoga, I’ve learnt to let go of the idea of a “better” version of myself, and instead make space for who I am in each moment, each transition. This is what I hope to continue sharing with you: a practice that welcomes the whole of us, exactly as we are.

Thank you for walking this path with me.
With so much love and gratitude,

Elsa aka YOGAZAZ
