~ SKIN BARRIER ROUTINE ~

A very good and short routine I am currently doing post peeling and microneedling to help recover and support skin barrier.

First step at night a very gentle soothing cleanser completely non stripping and hypoallergenic to dissolve buildups and impurities while bringing extra creamy comfort and skin conditioning.

Second, one of my favorite mist to instantly soothe and deeply hydrate with a potent infusion of medicinal mushrooms to repair and strengthen skin barrier.

Third, a lightweight yet deeply hydrating serum to calm, reduce inflammatory response and make sure your moisture retention is optimal.

And last but not least my favorite Skin Recovery Concentrate. Thanks to a potent blend of carefully selected butters and oils, this is the most luxurious skincare experience to rescue skin from dryness and irritation and profoundly repair.

I chose the word ‘Freedom’ as a guidance for 2023. And what it means amongst many other things, is also to allow me the freedom to experiment more with makeup and play with shades, textures and products I wouldn’t normally go to. It’s not that complicated to step out of my comfort zone knowing that I usually only wear blush ! So yesterday was all about a touch of 70s vibes for a girls night out.

It resurfaces skin, removes dead cells and give you a fresh and clean skin texture in just a few minutes. I love to use it as a mask and leave it on for 20-30minutes before rinsing it. Its fresh, jelly texture is very pleasant on the skin and the delicious rose aroma makes the experience absolutely exquisite 👌🏽
