We talked to Bloovi about how Bothrs leverages speed to push digital innovation forward for our clients and partners. But there’s more to the story.

We don’t measure speed by how quickly we can deliver features and designs. It’s about how quickly we can provide an answer to business-critical questions about the innovation project at hand.

🤔 Will people be prepared to pay for something like this?
🤔 Can we integrate this product with our existing architecture?
🤔 Do our customers even want this?

Essentially, we’ve taken the agile methodology but made it both more user-centric, and business-focused.

It sounds almost paradoxical, right?

When we build digital products, we focus on early validation of viability, feasibility, and desirability. Agile tells us how to build things, and this extra layer tells us why.

That's how we build future-proof digital products for our clients and partners.

For those keeping an eye on our Instagram stories, you might have noticed a good chunk of the team is currently hauling ass and living it up in New York City!

Full context, the guys and gal have set up shop in one of Walmart's offices overlooking the Hudson River. We felt personal, face-to-face contact with the Store Nº8 team would tremendously benefit alignment, as we've got some big questions to answer.

And like true New Yorkers outside business hours, exploration, pizza, and basketball were on the menu. Too hip to be square and all that 😎

This also makes for a perfect excuse to slap on that “urban”-looking filter on every photo. You know, with the green shadows and purple highlights. This is the way.

Last week, we all went on a well-deseverd trip to Marrakesh, Morocco! Here's what that looked like 🥳

We spent the week hanging out by the pool, quad biking, cooking, partying, and exploring the medina.

Of course, Bothrs wouldn't be Bothrs if we didn't sprinkle in a few workshops as well. Considering our growth, we spent some time reflecting on the past, present, and future of the company as a group.

We're still taken aback a little by how big this group of geniuses has gotten over the past few years. All incredible people doing incredible things.

And our team trips have become a yearly staple, with every new edition surpassing the last.

A special thank you goes to Tine for making this whole experience as smooth and painless as possible. As acting as mom of Bothrs, she killed it ❤️
