Training is nothing! Will is everything! I've been studying the topics of nutrition and psychology of eating for the last 15 years. I love pasta so bad too!
Through this journey I have gained vast knowledge and also experimented with various diets, regimes, sports, yoga, meditation, spiritual depth and emotional intelligence. At present, my diet consists of 90% Whole Plant-based Diet, limiting all animal foods! I found that this is the best possible balance for me. My diet consists of about 60% raw fruits, salads, nuts and 30 % cooked veggie dishes.
