10 Lessons From The Psychology Of Money
1. Building wealth takes time. More time than we may be willing to acknowledge. Think about Warren Buffet, who only became incredibly rich in his later years.
2. Sometimes it’s not your talent, your skills, your qualifications, your connections, or even how wealthy you are, sometimes it’s just luck. You gotta respect that. Think of Tony Elumelu. Be humble.
3. Some book chapters should be really short. Short chapters are easy to read. Not everything should be said in plenty of words. A word is enough for the wise, a short chapter is enough for the wise.
4. It is not so much about physical money, it is so much about what you think about money itself. The mindset is more powerful than the cash itself. Your mindset determines how much you can make, how much you can save, how much you can multiply, and ultimately, how happy you will be.
5. Stop buying things to please people who don’t care. And in many cases, people really don’t care. Society is always looking for the next gist, and you don’t want to always be the gist, except if you are contesting for a political position. Make your decisions based on inner convictions, not because you want to impress a neighbor who probably doesn’t care.
6. Be very careful about your attitudes towards money. It will determine how much of it you will make, control or use.
7. Always be optimistic. Pessimism never achieves anything. In the long run, only an optimist will still be around when the game is over. In spite of your present circumstances, whatever that may be, you need to believe that the future will be better. That’s what can keep you going.
8. Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear. But that’s not relevant for you, except you are the one driving the car. Be careful with the information you consume, not all of it is applicable to you.
9. Good things take time. Your investments, in knowledge, in skills, in money, and in relat

08 RAISONS POUR LESQUELLES LES INTELLECTUELS SONT PAUVRES

LAWYERS WILL SOON DISAPPEAR
Lawyers are not at the end of their sentence, because the real threat to them, in the medium term, is to be replaced by robots.
A recent study by the London legal consulting firm Jomati Consultant, taken up by the specialized website Legal Futures, thus affirms that by 2030, artificial intelligence systems will replace the work of the youngest lawyers.
THE ENTIRE PROFESSION UNDER THREAT
This report, entitled "Civilization 2030: the near future of legal companies", specifies that a single robot will be able to perform basic tasks, carried out today by a dozen young partners.
"It is not only young lawyers who are under threat, but the entire profession. We are seeing the emergence today of a whole ecosystem of startups specialized in the field of legal. These offer services around predictive databases, forecasts on legislation or even profiling of magistrates," emphasizes Frédéric Pelouze, former lawyer and founder of Alter Litigation and the Think Tank L'incubateur.
For companies that will be able to take this turn, the arrival of robots, artificial intelligence systems and big Data solutions opens up new perspectives that traditional professions refuse to see. Like taxis, if the legal professions are slow to transform, the threat of seeing part of the profession disappear is strong.
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY DEMOCRATIZES THE LAW
"The stakes of this transformation are twofold," judges Frédéric Pelouze. Customers will benefit from easier access to the law. Intelligent digital systems will perfectly meet the needs of the general public. The machines will, in a way, democratize the law. What the lawyers did not know how to do".
"The second issue concerns the future of the profession. If they continue to focus on their positions without trying to integrate digital technology, lawyers and other legal professions will shoot themselves in the foot," predicts Frédéric Pelouze.
The responsibility for this support towards technologies rests today

Sooner or later, the ones who end up winning are the ones who believe they can.
You can't win in the physical world if in your head you're a loser.
It all starts in the head and every person who was able to achieve an exceptional level first achieved it in his head, he was convinced that his place was among the best.
Just because you do what the best do doesn't mean you will become the best.
If you act like the best but with the mindset of a loser, you will remain nothing but a loser.
Finally, we have exactly what we deserve and what we deserve comes from the quality of our thoughts because each of our decisions is based on our way of thinking and it is all these small decisions that create our life.
_If you want to become a champion, start by believing that you are really the best._
What you do, reflects what you are
