Bom dia

Can you keep up with the pace? 💪————- Listen, EVERY time you lead a group in some sort of exercise, you WILL have people who cannot keep up. There’s a saying in the Marine Corps that we are only as strong as our weakest link. As a leader you need to figure out who those individuals are and strengthen them PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY. It’s the only way to get stronger as a team. Whenever I lead PT, I break everyone into ability groups and assign the top PHYSICALLY CAPABLE Marines to lead each group based on level of fitness. This means that the Marines who are already PHYSICALLY stronger can practice LEADING while the other Marines who need help with physical training can get stronger. You can be physically strong but not mentally strong and vice versa. It’s ok to laugh and joke, but when the work needs to be done, you get it DONE.#respect is earned, not given. It’s all about bringing everyone up TOGETHER!Challenge yourself 💪 09/05/2023
