There’s something so powerful about being surrounded by women who cheer for you, support you, and help you feel confident in your own skin. I truly believe every woman should take a heels class at least once in her life.

Before I started dancing Brazilian Zouk, I used to teach heels classes, and I still remember every single girl who came to my classes. Watching them discover their confidence and realize how powerful they could be through movement was such an incredible feeling.

Now it’s my turn again. After almost 10 years away from teaching heels, here I am: becoming a student, humbling myself, taking classes, reconnecting with what I once taught and loved so deeply… and honestly, it feels amazing. ❤️
