Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
3 tablespoons of Organic Oats
half a teaspoon of zest from the zest of an orange
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.

Make small balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes. serve.

Red Fruit Frozen

Ingredients
half cup (tea) of frozen blackberries
½ cup of frozen raspberries
1 small banana, frozen
1 pot of Strawberry Liquid Yogurt 170g
Preparation mode
In a blender, blend all the ingredients.

Fruit Gelatin

Ingredients
1 and a half tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of concentrated pineapple juice
3 tablespoons of chopped pineapple
4 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons pitted pink grapes, halved (about 10 units)
3 chopped strawberries
half a teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
5 tablespoons of water
6 level tablespoons of Senior Unflavored Powder (55 g)
4 tablespoons of water
Preparation mode
In a pan, place the honey, pineapple juice, pineapple and 4 tablespoons of water, and heat for about 5 minutes, until the pineapple is soft. Remove and wait to cool.

Add the grapes, strawberries, vanilla essence and set aside.

Dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water and heat in a bain-marie until dissolved. Add to the reserved preparation, mixing well.

Separately, dissolve the Senior in 4 tablespoons of water and mix into the recipe, being careful not to break the fruit.

Pour into a dessert glass and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). Serve next.

Fruit Salad with Apricot Cream

Ingredients
crumble
half a cup of whole-wheat flour
3 tablespoons chopped cashews
3 tablespoons of Brazil nut
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
Fruit salad
2 chopped apples
juice of half a lemon
1 cup seedless green grapes
2 cups watermelon (chopped)
3 chopped oranges
1 cup of chopped melon
2 nectarines, chopped

1 can of Light condensed milk
8 dried apricots
Preparation mode

In a baking dish, mix all the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Reserve.

Fruit salad
In a bowl, mix all the fruits and set aside.

In a blender, beat the Light condensed milk and the apricot well until smooth. Reserve.

Mounting
In small bowls or containers, make a layer of Fruit Salad, cover with the Cream, repeat the layers and finish with the Crumble. serve.

Ingredients
1 mashed ripe banana
1 cup desiccated desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons seedless black raisins
4 tablespoons of Zero Lactose Dairy Compound
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until smooth. Reserve.

Make balls with the reserved dough and distribute in a greased shape with oil.

With the help of a fork, lightly press the balls of dough, flattening the cookies.

Take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until golden.

Pineapple, Guava and Orange Juice

Ingredients
2 thick slices of chopped pineapple
1 guava
half a cup (tea) of NESTLÉ® PUREZA VITAL® Mineral Water
1 cup of orange juice (orange juice)
Preparation mode
In a plastic bag, suitable for food, place the pineapple, and take it to the freezer for about 1 hour or until frozen.

In a blender, beat the guava with the Water and pass through a sieve, forming a thick juice.

Return to the blender, add the orange juice and frozen pineapple and blend well until smooth.
