Welcome everyone! I’m Kendra Mahogany Wood-Jones, the proud owner of A Touch of Mahogany. For the past ten years, I’ve immersed myself in the beauty industry as a massage therapist, lash tech, esthetician, and nail artist, with a special love for nail artistry.

I chose this path because I genuinely enjoy pampering others and witnessing the joy that self-care brings. There’s nothing like the feeling of taking care of yourself—it’s essential because we only have one body!

As a 37-year-old mom of three, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle entrepreneurship and motherhood. It’s not always easy, but by the grace of God, I make it work.

This Mother’s Day, I am just grateful! Grateful that I am still here, healthy and able to take care of my three girls and provide them with everything they need!

I thank God for giving me my mother, who shows me every day what it means to love and sacrifice for her kids.

Motherhood is definitely an endless job, but I would do it over and over again, even though I may sometimes be tempted to pull up to Sandilance 😪😂. I know God won’t let me fail ❤️🙏🏾💪🏽.

Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mamas out there; we got this! I still wake up every morning and say, “Girl, you got THREE KIDS!” 😅 Wild!
