🌺My Journey to Optimal Health - Week 6🌺

Week six completed ✅!! It feels great when you can put a check mark to something. I am reminded this morning of a quote in my office that says, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Well this journey is truly challenging me. Challenging my daily commitment to new habits. My water intake is no where near where it should be...simply because I abandoned the systems that helped me stay on track. So they are now back in place. Challenging my body....my workout session today was targeted at arms and legs. 😩. But my Coach Quinston of PerformX Fitness kept pushing. We don’t know what are minds and bodies can achieve unless we challenge ourselves to MORE.
This journey for me is about Optimal Health so that means facing challenges as they come and embracing the tools and support to overcome the challenges.

This is MY STORY and I share to hopefully encourage someone else who is on a personal journey to OPTIMAL health. Stay the course! Celebrate each success. Find JOY in the journey. LOVE ❤️ you!! 💃🏽💃🏽🥰
