2026 BOOKIES POLICIES AND TRAVEL POLICIES :Bellaunca Beauty – Travel Stylist Policies

These policies apply to all travel and destination styling services, including but not limited to: weddings, events, photoshoots, celebrity styling, luxury house calls, destination bookings, retreats, brand collaborations, and private appointments.

1. Booking Requirements

A minimum of one (1) month advance booking is required for all travel services.

A $1,500 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your travel date.

No travel services are confirmed without receipt of the deposit.

All travel dates are first come, first served and are only secured once payment is received.

2. Travel Deposit & Payment Terms

The $1,500 deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

The deposit does not include service cost, travel expenses, lodging, meals, baggage fees, transportation, or accommodations.

The remaining balance is due prior to travel and must be paid in full before services begin.

Failure to submit remaining payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

3. Travel Expenses (Client Responsibility)

Clients are responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to:

Round-trip airfare or transportation

Hotel accommodations

Ground transportation

Baggage fees

Daily meals & per diem

Travel day compensation (if applicable)

All travel-related payments are non-refundable once booked.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to scheduled travel.

Cancellations made within 3 days of travel will result in forfeiture of all payments.

The $1,500 travel deposit is non-refundable at all times.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit.

5. Style Changes & Modifications

Any style change or service modification after booking will result in a $100 style change fee, in addition to the cost difference of services.

All style changes must be approved in advance.

Same-day style changes are subject to availability, time constraints, and professional discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate booking details.

Confirm schedules, addresses, and contact information.

Ensure safe, clean, and professional working conditions.

Provide proper lighting, electrical access, and workspace accommodations.

7. Professional Conduct & Safety

Bellaunca Beauty reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or hostile.

No smoking, drugs, disruptive behavior, or illegal activity permitted.

Harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate service termination with no refund.

8. Delays, Travel Interruptions & Force Majeure

Bellaunca Beauty is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

Weather

Airline delays or cancellations

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Illness

Emergencies beyond control

In such cases, all payments remain non-refundable.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Travel Stylist Policies.

* Booking a ponytail and adding a sew-in
* Switching from a sew-in to a takedown, relaxer, and new sew-in
All additional services must be approved and paid for before completion.

* If you are dissatisfied, you may request:
* A **style removal**, or
