Loc Updo and Makeup for the

Story Time:
decided to get over her small locs for her son's big day. When installing her she learned that I was also a makeup artist and booked me for the wedding.

I prepared my kit the night before as usual, but when I arrived on location I experienced a makeup artists worst nightmare...I left my liquid foundations. 😳

I couldn't believe it because I usually overpack when prepping and sanitizing my kit, so I had to think fast. Although she doesn't wear makeup, she was so understanding and trusted my skill set. I took a deep breath, utilized my product knowledge, and achieved this look using skin care, concealer, and powders.

We added silver accessories to her hair and "Baby Love" lashes for her first time wearing lashes. When she looked in the mirror and loved the final look, I was so relieved!

She discovered that I was also a hairstylist, so I was happy to add a slight wave to her hair to add movement and flow to her final look.
