"We are Not Keeping Up with Change. We are Driving Change."

19/09/2026

🧠 In sports, the gap is not always a lack of knowledge. Sometimes it is accessβ€”to a different perspective, a methodology you have not encountered, decades of experience, or a conversation that makes you ask a better question.

The professionals who keep advancing are not necessarily the ones who know everything. They are the ones who remain open to better knowledge, better strategies and different ways of thinking about performance.

High Level Sports Performance 2026 is designed to create that access. If advancing and maintaining high-level sports performance is part of what you do, this is a conversation worth being part of.

πŸ”₯ Knowledge changes performance. Access to knowledge changes the game.

⚑ POWER IS MORE THAN FORCE.

Power is not simply how much force an athlete can produce.

Power is what happens when strength, speed, stability, and control come together.

An athlete may be strong.
An athlete may be fast.

But if that athlete cannot control and stabilize movement while producing force, that strength and speed may not translate effectively into sport.

🏈 The question becomes:

Can the athlete produce strength and speed β€” and control it when the game demands it?

As Myron Flowers puts it:

β€œBeing strong in the weight room is one thing. Being able to express that strength when the game is moving at full speed is something different.”

That is where strength begins to translate into performance.

Hear more from Myron Flowers at High Level Sports Performance Seminar 2026, where coaches, athletic trainers, therapists, and sports performance professionals come together to advance the conversation around preparing and maintaining high-level athletes.

πŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ What if recovery isn’t just about treating what hurts?

In high-performance sport, addressing an injury is only part of the conversation.

The bigger picture can include how the athlete recovers, adapts to training demands, maintains tissue function, returns to performance, and remains available to train and compete.

That requires looking beyond symptoms alone and asking better questions about what may be influencing the athlete’s overall performance environment.

At High Level Sports Performance 2026, we’re creating space for conversations that challenge professionals to think beyond isolated injuries and explore the broader relationship between performance, recovery, adaptation, and athlete availability.

Because the objective isn’t simply getting an athlete back.

It’s helping them return prepared for what performance demands next.

What if we looked beyond injuries treated and also considered how consistently athletes are available to train and compete?

Athlete availability changes the conversation. It asks us to think about training continuity, recovery, adaptation, readiness and whether the athlete can repeatedly meet the demands of performance.

This is one of the conversations we are bringing into the room at HLSP 2026. If you are responsible for helping athletes recover, adapt, remain available and perform at a high level, this is an opportunity to expand the questions you are asking and the perspectives you have access to.

Advance your approach. Join the conversation.
