PRESS RELEASE- BOTSWANA INTRODUCES NEW COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS AT PORTS OF ENTRY
The Ministry of Health and Wellness informs members of the public and the international community that effective 14th February 2022, there will be some changes at all ports of entry in Botswana, for purposes of reducing the risk of imported COVID-19 cases into the country. The new changes include:
a. That all persons entering Botswana should show proof that they have been fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means having taken two doses of a two dose vaccine regimen or single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. If one has taken any of the two and is overdue for booster shots, they are no longer regarded as fully vaccinated, until they have taken the booster shot.
b. When a person is not fully vaccinated, they will be required to present a 72 hour negative PCR COVID-19 test result and undergo COVID-19 vaccination at the port of entry, which will be facilitated by the ministry for free. After vaccination, they will be allowed into the country.
c. Alternatively, if one has no proof of being fully vaccinated and has no 72 hour negative PCR test result, they will be required to undergo PCR testing at ports of entry, at their own cost and where necessary quarantine at own cost, while waiting for results. If results are negative they will be allowed into the country. If results are positive, they will be allowed to isolate within the district of port of entry, at own cost.
d. If one has no proof of being fully vaccinated, is not willing to be vaccinated at the port of entry, has no 72 hour negative PCR test result and is not willing to be tested at own cost, they will not be allowed entry into Botswana, if they are foreigners.
If they are citizens, they will be liable to a fine of P5 000.00 or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.
In short, proof of being fully vaccinated is now the most important requirement for entry into Botswana.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully

HEAT STROKE
It's hot out there and please take great care of your elderly and children. These two populations are most vulnerable to heat stroke. BUT, it can also happen to you if the conditions permit.
What is heat stroke?
Heat stroke is a medical emergency that arises when the temperature control system of your body is overwhelmed by external high temperatures and succumbs to it. This condition arises when you body temperature rises to and or above 40 C. If the condition is not addressed it can cause death or permanent damage to vital organs quite quickly.
What are the symptoms of heat stroke?
Well, the most common thing you will observe is fainting. So if you find someone has fainted in this heat think about the likelihood of heat stroke. The other features include seizures, headaches, fever, dry mouth, rapid heart rate, fast shallow breathing among other things.
What are the risk factors?
Exposure to high temperatures in extremes of age (elderly and children), alcohol consumption is the heat of the day, exercising in the heat of the day, locking children or yourself in the car in the heat of the day, poor ventilation.
What should you do if you suspect heat stroke?
Rush the affected person to the nearest hospital. If it's not immediately possible to take the victim to the hospital you may do the following: Move the victim into a shade or cooler place. Remove excess clothing like shoes, socks, jacket or rather, if its socially appropriate, remove all the cloths and leave the underwear on. If you have access to water or ice, dip them in ice water or pour ice water on them. If you have a fan turn it on or fan them yourself. Stay with the patient until help arrives.

*Reasons why HIV has been such a difficult medical challenge.*
*THE HIV QUESTION HAS AN ANSWER*
*MANAGING HIV WITH STEM CELL THERAPY*
However, to comprehend the reasoning, you must first familiarize yourself with how HIV works.
HIV is a retrovirus, meaning that once it enters the body it infects T cells in the immune system and changes their genetic makeup, so that rather than protect the body as they are meant to, they now create more HIV. This eventually kills the body's T cells in the process.
Once a patient's T cell count drops to a certain number, he is considered as having AIDS. At this point, his immune system is no longer able to protect him against otherwise harmless infections and viruses.
Anti-retroviral are given to HIV patients to help them live longer, but the patient still remains HIV-positive. This is because eliminating the virus completely is something scientists have not figured out how to do yet.
Any HIV cure requires finding viral reservoirs, "waking" them up, and making them visible for treatment.
*_( The case with STC30 management)_*
HIV hides inside the DNA of healthy T cells, a place where current medicine is unable to reach it. While most T cells die shortly after becoming infected, a small portion of T cells containing the instructions for creating the virus remain dormant. This means that even if the virus is completely eliminated from the body, at any given point the instructions for creating the viruses could activate and start the process all over again.
HIV infects a kind of white blood cell called a CD4 lymphocyte, a key player in the immune response. What makes HIV so sneaky is that it infects the very cells that are supposed to rub out viral infections.
HIV replicates in CD4 cells when they are activated -- that is, when they are triggered by an infection. But some HIV-infected cells become inactive before the virus replicates. They go into a resting mode -- and the HIV inside them becomes dormant until the cell is activated.
Anti-retroviral drugs don't affect HIV hiding in resting cells. These cells represent a hidden reservoir of HIV. When treatment stops, the resting cells eventually become active. The HIV inside them replicates and quickly spreads. That's why current HIV treatments don't cure HIV.
It is a virus that expands and multiplies using the body's immune system. The immune system works to tackle the virus, but the more it does this, the more HIV is able to replicate. Over time – usually many years – without treatment, the virus always comes out on top.
The second challenge for HIV drugs and vaccines is that the virus has a very high turnover – billions of copies every day in a person who is not on treatment – and makes small errors or mutations which can lead to the easy development of drug resistance.
*STC30 is specialized to deal with these kind of cases as it rejuvenate your body cells...*
STC30 helps your body stem cells responsible for the creation of the lymphocytes of the immune system to expose and mark retrovirus, strengthen existing phagocytes which are the T-4 and T-8 killer cells , create new and stronger ones to chew up the virus.
*STC30 is the nemesis of HIV*
*NB ARVs must be taken continously even one gets on Stem Cell Therapy*
*No one should stop or discontinue their conventional treatment without physician's consent*
