Don't allow more than two people to just stand with you when you sell.

Many customers find it uncomfortable or difficult to come and buy as they are not good with approaching especially a group. It's important to make your business spot approachable.

I saw some customers changing their minds regarding where they will buy, because of the large number of people who just stand with the seller.

You can have supporters and helpers but don't allow your business spot to be a stop nonsense.

Get a safe Spot, stand Alone or with a Partner, put a Smile and be Clean. ✅

If you plan to sell food or market your products in town (CBD), please get an Informal Trading Permit at your local municipality offices.

Metro police officers will randomly ask for it. If you don't have it, you will either pay a fine of R1500 or they confiscate your stock.

And again you cannot put your stall anywhere in the city as it may causes obstruction for pedestrians and motorists.
