Booking Policy:

Appointment Scheduling:
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
Same-day appointments may be available but are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to ensure punctuality for other clients.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.
Persistent no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to address your concerns.

Deposit policy:
A non-refundable deposit of P50.00 is required to secure your booking.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, pay to cell, orange money.

Communication:
Please communicate any concerns or special requests before or during your appointment, allowing us to provide the best possible service.
