The "Wet/Glossy" eye look. Easy to achieve. Use any eye shadow of ur choice and dab a dense shadow brush on clear lip gel and pat onto your shadow. Avoid strokes as they may give a streaky look and take away from the effortlessness of the look. Your thoughts?
