Its almost 6 in the morning and Im getting ready to Coach a client who's in 🇦🇺Australia. A young professional transitioning into the next stage of his life and with the promotion that he's just gotten, he wants to set new goals for his new position.

In corporate, from lower management where you were leading 10 people, now you're in senior management position leading 50 people....50 different personalities that you need to understand and make sure you extract the best from them o irele company madi.
