From my younger years, I was always creating my own wellness juices. But when my mother was diagnosed with kidney failure and began dialysis, Oshanz Detox was officially born.

We started with simple 32 oz bottles and showed up at pop‑ups just to get exposure. With nothing but an idea, $150, and zero customers, we built from scratch.

Tribute to my mother ✨🪽🌊

This package carries more than wellness ,it carries the love and inspiration of my mother. She sat beside me as we dreamed and created Oshanz Detox together. My journey began when she was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure in 2021 and started dialysis. Through it all, she became my biggest supporter, encouraging me to pour healing into every bottle.

She delighted in hearing the stories of women whose lives were touched …those who found balance, those who brought forth life, those who felt whole again. On the 12th of this month, she would have celebrated her 59th birthday. Though she is no longer here, her spirit guides me every day.

A lot of women are battling illnesses they don’t talk about because of judgment or fear. Me? I’m choosing to speak on mine.

I have fibroids about 12 of em but 1 really big one and it’s been putting me through it.

Please stop asking women if they’re pregnant or reaching to touch their stomach with a “congrats.” I get that some of you mean well and just aren’t informed about women’s bodies, but it’s still insensitive. Not every belly is a baby… sometimes it’s just a uterus acting like it pays rent and owns the place.

Living with this is not just “bad cramps.” It’s random waves of pain that knock the wind out of you, heavy days that drain your energy, and moments where your body just says, “yeah… we not functioning today.” One minute I’m fine, the next I’m fighting for my life in silence like it’s an Olympic sport.

Right now I’m in maddd pain, weak, dizzy, confused and I already know in a bit I won’t even have the energy to communicate properly. If I go quiet, just know I’m not ignoring you… I’m trying to survive my own body.

On a good day, this body is tea. On days like today? The tea is expired, the kettle broke, and nobody told me the kitchen was closed.😭😂😩😭
