I'm an experienced Massage Specialist (non-RMT) and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. Having competed in judo and jiujitsu, I have a strong background in athletic injuries and stress management. I am always trying to understand and solve the root of the problem. If something isn't moving the "proper" way, I want to know why and am eager to help alleviate pain and get you back to what you love to do.
