I was waiting allllll day for this delivery because I am obsessed with blush. I purchased one of new luminous blushes in the shade “Hope”. She is definitely luminous, I would describe it as an almost holographic or iridescent than luminous. Don’t think you need to pair this with a highlighter ✨🪩✨🪩✨ I am going to play with this a little bit more in the next few days to see if I am going to keep it
