🫧 What is Cupping?

Ever wondered what those round marks from cupping are? 👀

Cupping is a treatment where special cups are placed on the skin and gentle suction is used to lift the skin and tissues underneath.

This can help loosen tight muscles, improve blood flow to the area, and help your body relax. It can be especially helpful for areas that feel tight, sore, stiff, or overworked.

Think of cupping as a way to give tight, tired muscles a little extra attention. 🫧💆‍♀️
