Set out a clear visual for yourself, action steps. Then apply momentum with intention. And remember, one step at a time…go easy with yourself, you have a lot on your plate, the world is a heavy place right now, there’s a lot going on.

Make sure your action steps align with YOUR life, meet yourself where YOU are..that’s right, be present, you don’t live in the past.
