Okay, I have some bad news and I have some good news...

Bad News First:

It's with an extremely heavy heart that I have to do this...but due to covid, the lockdowns and all the uncertainty, I will not be reopening The Mane Door Salon and Spa. I am just unable to keep the shop running any longer. It's been an emotional past few weeks for me coming to this decision and clearing out my salon. It's very sad to let it go...

BUT, as the saying goes...When one door closes, another door opens....

On to the Good News:

You can still find all of us!

I will be opening up a salon in my home, called "The Side Door SaLawn" 😊🚪
I'm only 10 mins from town out on Upper Dwyer Hill Rd. You can reach me at 613-807-HAIR (4247) text or call, or you can also reach me through Facebook messenger on my personal page.

Krista Bishop was going to open her own salon at home as well, but reconsidered and decided to join the team at Static Salon in Carleton Place instead. So "Hair by Krista" will be located inside Static, at 56 Victoria St. You can call or text her directly at 613-299-4885. Or you can text her through Facebook messenger as well.

Amber Salmond is going to open a salon at home for her clientele part time. Her salon is called "Lavant Locks". You can contact her through FB messenger or call her directly at 613-620-3854.

Miranda Olsen will be joining the team at Techniques 4 Hair in Carleton Place. It's located at 3 Albert St. You can call her directly at 613-621-5967. You can text her through Facebook messenger, or find her on her hair page on Instagram miras.beauty1

It was quite the journey, lots of fun and lots of laughs and I'll never forget it. I want to thank all my girls, my amazing staff that helped me grow my business and make it successful. I learned something from each and every one of you ❤ Krista, Amber, Arlene, Miranda, Jan, Pauline, Kyla, Stephanie, Lexi, Zoe, Brittany, Carole, Doreen and Sharon. I love all you guys.

Wishing everyone health and happiness through these troubling times.

The province has just announced that as of 12:01 am Saturday April 3 the province will move into the grey zone leaving us no choice but to close our doors again. If you have an upcoming appointment please consider it cancelled, we will reach out to those who had appointment during this closure when we get a solid reopening date to reschedule your appointments, until then stay safe we hope to see you all again.
