With no set miles in mind I ran for pure pleasure & piece of mind, listening to worship music 🎶, nature & my inner voice!!

What an amazing Sunday morning run while worshipping 🙏 through the beautiful historical town of Amherstburg!!

It has been a while since I've ran here but this mornings errands had me in town & I thought yes, perfect morning for a run around town!!

I remember why I love running in town, the sites, the history, the beauty & the birds!!

I had to stop to try & capture photos of 2 big birds of prey!! An Osprey which I have never seen before & later an Eagle!!

God is good & beauty is everywhere, you just need to stop & look up & appreciate it 🌷🌻🦅🦉🌹🌲!!

I felt so good during this run, that when I got home I ran 🤣 right to my computer & signed up for the 125th Virtual Boston Marathon!!
