Abby obtained her Massage Therapy diploma from ICT Northumberland College in 2015 and is currently a member of the Massage Therapists' Association of Nova Scotia. Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required. This time frame allows the opportunity to fill the scheduled time slot with another client. If you cancel with a 24 hour notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. Same day cancellations will be billed 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, you will be billed full price for your scheduled treatment.

*Emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration if this situation arises. Late arrival:
Your late arrival will require that I still end the session at the scheduled time with full charge, meaning your session will unfortunately be cut short that day. I have reserved this time for only you, and have other clients scheduled after your time.
