WHY I stacked it this way…
Salty Einstein gives me sodium, potassium + magnesium to support electrolyte and fluid balance. The raw honey provides natural glucose, which works alongside sodium in the small intestine to support water absorption. Coconut water adds more potassium + hydration, while the creatine in Salty Einstein helps draw water into muscle cells, supporting cellular hydration.
And the hibiscus tea isn’t necessarily making the water more hydrating… I added it for the naturally occurring antioxidants, polyphenols + anthocyanins.
So instead of just drinking more water, I’m intentionally giving my body water + electrolytes + minerals + carbohydrates that work together to support absorption, retention + hydration at the cellular level.
With how hot, dry + insanely smoky it’s been in the Okanagan, this is one small way I’m being extra intentional about nourishing + supporting my body.

Two quickkkk days off grid, took some pics & few vids, my phone died & I actually didn’t give a rats ass, swam in some really cold water, loved it & I had a real nice time with a few of the ppl I love most.
Not posting pics of the kids here much still cus this page isn’t for them, maybe once in a while you’ll see them quickly but I want their childhood to be just that, their childhood.
