Some brides you just instantly click with, and Vanessa was one of them. 🤍

I hadn’t even made it through the door before I was welcomed with a warm hug. She is genuinely the sweetest person, with the warmest personality that makes you feel like you’ve known each other for many years.

While I worked, she’d catch the beat of a song and start moving along in my chair, completely in her element. It was so authentically her and honestly so sweet to witness.

She brought a lightness to the whole morning that made being there feel less like work and more like being part of something really special.

I’m my own worst critic, and after looking back at Shanelle’s makeup for Vanessa’s stag, I knew exactly what I wanted to do differently for the wedding.

Sometimes makeup can look beautiful and dimensional in person, but under those blinding lights, the camera just doesn’t pick everything up the same way.

This time I knew we needed more dimension, more blush and brighter eyes — and I LOVE how it all came together. 🤍
